These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging programs operated through Dumpster Rental HQ by Devtech LLC and by the hauling companies that use our Service ("Businesses"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program description
Transactional and service messages. When you book, sign or pay for dumpster rental, hauling or junk-removal services with a Business through the Service, or give the Business your mobile number for that purpose, you may receive messages about your order: booking confirmations, delivery and pickup notices and time windows, driver arrival updates, signature and payment links, receipts, invoice reminders, service questions and customer-support replies. Message frequency varies with your orders (typically 2–8 messages per order).
Marketing messages. A Business may separately ask for your consent to receive promotional messages such as seasonal offers or review requests. Those are sent only after you opt in through a checkbox, keyword or written consent that identifies the Business, and you can stop them at any time. Marketing message frequency: up to 4 per month unless the Business states otherwise at opt-in.
Account and staff notifications. Users of the Service (owners, dispatchers, drivers) may receive operational messages — security codes, dispatch changes, alerts — that they enable in their account settings.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages from that program. You may also opt out by contacting the Business directly or emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active order unless you also cancel the order or tell us to stop those too; opting out of all messages may mean the Business has to reach you by phone or email instead.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Check with your carrier for details. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system; consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent from 10-digit long codes or toll-free numbers registered to the Business or to Dumpster Rental HQ.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in status are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Eligibility and changes
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. We may change these terms or end a program with notice, which may be delivered by text or posted here. Questions: [email protected].
