Dispatch every can, every truck, every day — from one board.
Stop running dispatch out of a group text. The Dumpster Rental HQ dispatch board shows every delivery, pickup, swap and yard run for the whole company or one driver, lets you move work with a drag, and keeps drivers and the office looking at the same plan.

Assign to a driver or a truck — whichever you know first
Roll-off work rarely lines up neatly. A truck might not have a driver until the morning; a new hire might not have a truck yet. Stops can be assigned to either, and the pre-trip task links them together when the day starts.
Bulk-assign a whole column of stops to a driver, reorder them with a drag, and the driver app updates instantly. Each driver's day automatically opens with clock-in and pre-trip and closes with clock-out, so time and truck records are complete without anyone remembering to fill them in.

Routes optimized with Google, sequenced in visiting order
Hit optimize and the day's stops are re-sequenced with the Google routing engine, with ETAs saved against each stop. The route map shows every stop in order, so a dispatcher can sanity-check before drivers roll.
Dump runs, fuel stops, yard pickups and yard drop-offs are first-class tasks — not notes buried in a delivery — so the sequence on the board is the sequence in the truck.

Live map and GPS breadcrumb history
See trucks, containers and jobs at their last reported location on one map. Go back to any past day and replay a truck's actual path with timestamps — invaluable when a customer disputes a delivery time or a driver's day doesn't add up.
GPS reporting interval, clock-in geofences and auto clock-out are all set per company in Driver rules.
- Live truck, asset and job map
- GPS breadcrumb replay by day
- Fuel, yard and dump-site tasks
Printable route sheets and an activity log
Every assignment, reorder and completion is logged with who did it and when. Print route sheets for drivers who prefer paper, or send everything to the driver app and keep the paper for the glovebox.

Frequently asked
Can I dispatch to a truck that doesn't have a driver yet?
Yes. Stops can be assigned to a truck alone, a driver alone, or both. When the driver does their pre-trip in the app, the truck is attached to their day if dispatch hadn't already done it.
Does route optimization cost extra?
No. Optimization uses the Google routing engine and is included on every plan with the Dispatch module.
How far back does GPS history go?
Breadcrumbs are stored for the life of your account. Pick any past day on the map to replay a truck's route and times.
