Built by people who run service trucks, not by a software committee.
Dumpster Rental HQ comes out of Northeast Ohio, from a team that operates home-service businesses — snow removal, pest control, handyman work — and got tired of the software available to haulers.
Why we built it
Every roll-off company we talked to ran on the same stack: a whiteboard, a spreadsheet of container numbers, QuickBooks, a group text with the drivers and the owner's memory. The software on the market either came from the enterprise waste world — priced and designed for a hundred trucks — or was a generic field-service app that had never heard of a term tier, a dump ticket or an overage.
So we built the product we wanted to run a two-truck company on, and made sure it still worked at twenty trucks. The rule from day one: one pricing engine, one board, one customer record. If the office, the driver and the customer can see different prices for the same can, the software is wrong.
What we believe
The fleet is the source of truth
You do not price a size you do not own. Containers drive pricing rows, availability and reports, not the other way around.
Booking should be one transaction
When you press Book, the order, its price lines, the delivery and pickup stops, the container hold, the recurring plan and the contracts are written together, with a real order number. Nothing to remember to do next.
Honesty in the interface
If an email provider is not connected, the app says so and copies the pay link instead of pretending it sent. If a size is at capacity, the grid shows it. No fake green checkmarks.
Your data is yours
Every list exports to CSV. Payments settle to your own Stripe account. Cancel and you leave with everything.
