A pricing engine, not a calculator
Prices come from your Pricing Studio templates: term-tier ladders (3, 7, 14, 30 days or whatever you sell), debris surcharges, delivery-zone fees, fuel and mileage surcharges, same-day and dated surge windows, add-ons, promo codes with usage caps, manual discounts with a reason, per-line taxability, tax-exempt customers, and a card surcharge on the taxed total. Multi-container jobsites are priced as rate × count. Every line is visible and editable in the price rail before you commit.

Book, estimate or send for signature
Three exits from the same form. Book it and the order, its price lines, delivery and pickup stops, container holds, recurring plan and contracts are written in one transaction with a real order number. Save as an estimate with a 30-day expiry and reopen it as an order when the customer says yes. Or send the agreement for e-signature through the customer portal.

Can customers book online themselves?
Yes — the same pricing runs the Customer Portal's online booking, so a customer's self-service price matches what your office would quote.
What if I sell rental periods the software doesn't list?
Term tiers are yours to define. Type any number of days on an order and the engine uses the nearest tier plus your per-day rate.
Does the price breakdown reach my reports?
Every order stores its rental, extra-day, fees, surcharges, discount, taxable subtotal, tax rate and tax as separate lines, so revenue-by-line-type and sales-tax reports are exact.
