Every invoice is built from the order's stored lines — rental, extra days, tonnage overage, fees, discounts, tax. Numbering, logo, accent color, footer and terms are set once in Invoice layout. Void, credit, refund and partial payments are all first-class, so the balance due is always right.

Card payments through your own Stripe account
Connect Stripe in a few minutes (Express onboarding). Customers pay a secure link by text or email, or pay in the portal. Deposits at booking, balance on pickup, overage after the dump ticket — each is a payment against the order, recorded with method and who took it. Pass card fees through as a surcharge if you choose.

Reminders that run themselves
Scheduled reminders go out on the cadence you set, from your sender identity, with your templates. When you have no mail provider connected yet, the app tells you and copies the pay link instead of pretending it sent.

Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes — payments settle directly to your Stripe account. Dumpster Rental HQ never holds your money.
Can I bill a contractor monthly instead of per order?
Yes. Account customers can be set to invoice terms with a credit limit, and permanent placements bill on a recurring plan.
Does it sync to QuickBooks?
Today it is a mapped CSV export for QuickBooks and Xero. A live sync is on the roadmap.
