This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Dumpster Rental HQ Service. Using the Service in a way that breaks this policy may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.
You may not use the Service to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it, including waste-disposal, transportation, employment, consumer-protection, telemarketing (TCPA), anti-spam (CAN-SPAM), e-signature and privacy laws.
- Send text messages, emails or calls to people who have not given the required consent; send messages after someone opts out; or send content prohibited by carriers or our providers, including sex, hate, alcohol, firearms and tobacco content, high-risk financial offers, gambling, cannabis, controlled substances, phishing, or anything illegal or deceptive.
- Collect card payments for anything other than your own hauling, dumpster, junk-removal and related services, or in violation of the Stripe Terms or card-network rules; or process payments on behalf of a third party.
- Store or transmit malware; probe, scan, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure or another customer's data; or bypass rate limits, plan limits or security controls.
- Access the Service by automated means that bypass the published API, or scrape data you do not own; or use Google Maps data outside the Service or for purposes Google's terms prohibit.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, white-label or provide the Service to third parties, except as expressly allowed in a written agreement with us.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, impersonate another company or person in documents, messages or the customer portal, or send documents for signature that are fraudulent or misleading.
- Track drivers' location in violation of employment or privacy law, without the notice your jurisdiction requires, or outside working hours.
- Use the Service in connection with businesses or content prohibited by Apple's, Google's or Stripe's policies.
Fair use
Plans include generous but finite storage for photos and documents, API rate limits, and email, SMS and routing volumes. Messaging volumes are additionally subject to carrier throughput limits. We will contact you before taking action on unusual usage and will work out a fair arrangement wherever we can.
Reporting
To report abuse, spam, security issues or content that violates this policy, email [email protected]. We take good-faith security research seriously and will not pursue researchers who report responsibly, avoid accessing or harming customers' data, and give us reasonable time to fix issues before disclosure.
