Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 22, 2026 · Devtech LLC

This page explains how to delete your Dumpster Rental HQ account and data, and how to request deletion of data we may hold about you. It is written to satisfy the account-deletion requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the data-deletion callback requirements of Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services policies.

If you have a Dumpster Rental HQ login (staff, driver, owner)

  1. In the web app: sign in at app.dumpsterrentalhq.io → Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm with your password (and 2FA code if enabled).
  2. In the mobile app: Account → Delete account → confirm.
  3. By email: send "Delete my account" to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What happens. Your login, profile, credentials, push tokens and personal settings are deleted immediately. Records you created in your company's account (orders you booked, stops you completed, photos you took) belong to that company and remain in its account, attributed to a removed user, because they are business records the company needs. If you are the company's owner, see the next section.

If you are a company owner (deleting the whole company account)

Settings → Account → Delete company, or email [email protected] from the owner's address. Export your data first (Settings → Data → Export). The company account and all Customer Data — customers, orders, invoices, documents, photos, GPS history and all user logins — enter a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account, then are permanently deleted from production systems; backups roll off within a further 35 days. Invoices and payment records required by tax law are kept in a restricted archive for up to 7 years. Your Stripe connected account is not deleted by us; manage it at dashboard.stripe.com.

If you are a customer of a hauling company (End User)

The company you did business with controls your data. Contact them to request deletion; their contact details are on your confirmation messages and portal. If you cannot reach them, email [email protected] with the company name and the phone number or email you used, and we will forward the request and assist. Some records (invoices, signed agreements) may be retained by the company as required by law. To stop text messages, reply STOP at any time.

Data received through Facebook, Instagram or Google

If you interacted with a hauling company through a Meta lead form or page connected to the Service, or signed in to the Service with Google, and you want that data removed: remove the app or connection in your Facebook settings or Google account permissions, then email [email protected] with "Meta data deletion" or "Google data deletion" in the subject line and the name and email or phone number used. We will delete the data we received from that platform about you (or forward the request to the controlling company) and send you a confirmation with a reference number within 30 days. Meta data-deletion callback requests received from Meta are processed automatically and a status URL is returned to Meta.

Confirmation and timing

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days (45 days where the law allows and the request is complex, with notice). You will receive a confirmation by email. Questions: [email protected].
